Timeline
2 Months
Outcome
Modernized packaging to match the brand identity, met an unexpected 1 week turnaround deadline, coordinated with 3+ teams to produce the final product.
User Flows & Button Mapping
For the SOND project, I mapped out how users would physically interact with the earbuds and how each control could be assigned to common audio functions. User flows helped determine the most efficient button layout, making controls intuitive and easy to learn.
Design & Iteration
For Myotone, I redesigned the product packaging to better align with the updated brand identity and create a more polished customer experience. The work included designing the exterior packaging, instruction booklet, and a new CAD mold, with multiple rounds of iteration to refine the design and prepare it for production.
Coordinating with Production
Bringing the final product to production required coordinating with more than three teams across different locations, including manufacturers in China. Working across language and time-zone barriers, I managed design revisions, production requirements, and file handoffs while adapting to an unexpected one-week turnaround.
